Their interview process in 2013 was a phone interview and two in person interviews in which they asked the same exact questions in all three interviews. My in person interviews were back to back on the same day.

I spoke with a team member from the FE, a rep from HR and another FE team member who was in training and learning how to conduct interviews. They took turns asking about myself and my experience working with others.
