Was friendly and thorough. Reviewed my previous job history to ensure I was capable to perform the job duties. Asked about my availability and made sure I was able to work some nights as well as some weekends. Overall, it was a normal type of phone interview.

Very thorough. I felt that because of it they were very certain of who they were hiring and that would be to my advantage - the people I would work with would fit well together and create a nice work environment. I was happy that they handled it this way.
