Applied online, got an email a day after to set up a phone interview the following day. It's been nearly 5 days since the interview and I'm currently waiting to hear back from them.

I apply the position online ,after two weeks,I received an email for schedule phone interview. Phone interview takes one week, after two days,they send me email . I showed big passion for this position,but it didn't work for me.
