Don’t like union backgrounds….? Best of luck to you all. It was an extensive phone interview with no feedback for being rejected. This is coming from an applicant with a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in retail online sales. I am also a veteran.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a phone interview with an HR representative, followed by a group interview with 2 project managers in the organization. I assume my hiring process was sped up because I was a former Wegmans employee; they already had most of my information on file.
