The process was very quick from start to finish. I had an offer within a week of applying and went through two interviews. The questions were quite detailed, asking for specific experiences and how you would react to things.

What is your availability? How would you handle a situation where a customer was unhappy with their experience?
The interview process was very easy and straight forward questions. There were 2 rounds of interview, first through the phone, then through zoom (but that was also during the covid peak).
