after i applied, i got an email to pick a time to schedule a phone interview. for the interview, someone from corporate (not someone from the store location I applied to) called me. They stated all of my answers were being written down and that depending on how i answered they would let me know if they want to schedule an in-person interview. The phone interview lasted for 30min. They asked what experience i have, they let me know what positions are opened and asked which positions i am interested in. They asked what were the last jobs I had in the past three years. what i liked and what i didn't like and why i left and if it was voluntary or involuntary.

I had two interviews over a three-week period. They use Workday, which kicks you out and runs on an automated system that randomly cancels your scheduled future interviews. The management interview is very methodical, and your answers to the same questions for any position at WEGMANS. The people conducting the interview were very young, not unpleasant, but immature as they read from their workday scripts with their questions. The interview was conducted in the middle of a noisy, loud, and distracting cafe. How can you answer their questions with so much noise and distractions? They fill out the Workday questionnaire, making little conversation whatsoever. The interview was highly unprofessional and lacked a personal touch.
