Kinda weird. I interviewed for one of those positions where they don't pay much so they have to post an entry level job description when in reality they are looking for someone very experienced and skilled enough to come in and implement process changes to be more effective. Instead of the people who have been there for 10+ years who already know the systems inside and out they want someone new to the field off the street to come and figure it out.
