Initial screening over the phone followed up by in person group interview where we demonstrated our speaking and presentation skills. We did some role playing and were asked comprehensive questions

The phone interview last 10 minutes and the interviewer was friendly. She was a good listener and asked me several questions. She explained the pay and the number of hours per week.
