I had an Interview with the HR manager and the regional HR manager, it lasted for more than 2 hours where we covered a lot of questions, both HR related, personality, as well as some general chatting about the current events at the time, it was an excellent experience. Later on when I joined the HR & Recruitment department I came to know that 2 hours interviews are a common thing, and that it usually takes 2-3 interviews to complete the process 'based on the level'
