Quick and simple, the managers were really friendly. The onboarding training wasn't too difficult to learn either, and my coworkers have been a blast to work with. The shadowing was rather simple, and it's been easy to ask questions.

How would you handle a customer that is upset about a price or product?
Very simple and straightforward, will ask about your background, interests, etc. Be polite, respectful and seem eager for the job and you will almost definitely get it. If you don't have prior experience in retail that is fine. Just say your are excited for the opportunity and that you like working with people.
