The online application consisted of uploading my CV and answering a couple of competency questions. It was fairly straight forward. I was then called to attend an interview which was succesful and I was then called to attend a second interview with HR. I thought it was a very smooth and flexible process. I received emails with all the information I needed for the interviews, was not kept waiting for days on end to find out at what stage my application was at, and the team arranging the interviews were understanding that I was in employment and so were flexible about what time to conduct the interviews. It gave a very good impression of the company.
