Applied online, invited to group interview then individual interview. Had to role-play to up-sell a product. Then answer questions, then discussed availability etc. Overall the process was easy, we were treated well and made to feel at ease.

How would I deal with customers at the till?
We had to unsell products in a role-play scenario.
apply through the form. get called in for an interview. they ask you a few questions about yourself and also about what you would do in certain situations. it was okay.
