The interview process was well-organized, and the interviewers came prepared. However, the questions asked during the interview did not align with the job description or the role I applied for. It felt as though they were looking for something different than what was advertised, and the original position may have been redefined under a different title. There also seemed to be a strong preference for candidates with Workday experience, which I didn’t have at the time. Ironically, I was later hired by an organization that openly acknowledged my lack of Workday experience—but valued my broader skills and potential. They provided support, and I’m now proficient in Workday and thriving in a role where I feel genuinely supported and aligned. I’ve interviewed with this organization for three different positions in Weld County, and while each interaction was polite, I never left feeling excited or inspired to work there. It took me three tries to realize that a “meh” feeling after every interview was probably telling me all I needed to know.
