I was greet very nicely by John and Sonya. The location was very welcoming. During the interview there was no interruptions. Full attention on me and my responses. Detailed information about what is expected was given and received.

Colloquio
I applied online and was sent a invitation to complete a video interview. After the video interview I was contacted days later to complete phone interview. I felt the phone interview went pretty well until the question of language came up. This company is looking for only Hispanic speakers to fill the positions. So apply if you speak Spanish you will definitely get the job.
