During this session, the interviewer focuses on understanding the candidate’s background, skills, and experience, as well as assessing cultural fit and interest in the role. The candidate is also given the opportunity to ask questions about the position, team, and company. This format allows for a more personalized discussion and deeper exploration of how the candidate’s qualifications align with the role.

90 Minute assessment, if you pass they send it along to an HR recruiter who you will do a phone screen with. If that goes well you get invited to a group interview. During the group interview the first 15 minutes or so goes over a brief description of the company, benefits etc. Then you go into break out rooms where multiple managers ask you situational/behavioral questions for about 45 minutes. After that they moved me onto reference checks. Which I gave 6 references that I know all would’ve provided excellent references and I got an email a week later saying I wasn’t selected to move forward. There wasn’t much communication during that process or to explain why.
