Phone interview with the manager, followed by interviews with the rest of the team in the office, the VP, and one other person via video conference.
The questions were easy enough and everyone was very pleasant, the VP seemed disinterested and didn't ask any questions pertaining to the job. She spent a fair amount of our time on the phone while I just sat there. It was at that point I knew I wouldn't be getting an offer.
The feeling I got, and was later confirmed, was that if you're interviewing for anything but an entry or mid level position, you'd better have at least 2-3 years of experience at Cerner. Go on LinkedIn and look up the employees in Management or above. Most are former Cerner.
