Was sent questions in advance, without needing to ask, demonstrating commitment to inclusion which is much appreciated. The panellists were friendly and professional. The internal recruiter very pleasant and helpful as well. Genuinely felt like they wanted me to do well. Great experience overall, although a little slow from date of submitting application to hearing back and arranging interview.
