It was a group interview with about 15 candidates being interviewed. The process took about an hour, not many chances to make an impression. The person leading was not a very attentive person.

They asked how I would respond in a scenario. If a customer wants to withdraw money but doesn’t have the funds in their account etc.
Smooth interview just be genuine and transparent on goals and what values you can add to the company. Wells Fargo is big on customer service so they’ll ask you plenty of scenario style questions, relating to the customer experience and how you will act.

I focused on my banking experience, communication skills, and ability to stay organized and calm in fast paced environments while helping customers efficiently.

A 30min interview lasted only half the time with interviewer sounding robotic reading from script. Lack of compassion and human side to it. Interviewer had attitude as if unhappy with the job.
