Hirevue followed by a 3-round Superday. Very well run and seamless process. The interviewers seemed to really care about learning about you as a person, and understanding the nuance in your background. Technical questions focused on accounting, basic economic concepts, and lending—broad in scope, but not too difficult on an individual level.

Received a first round phone screen interview with two CIB Associates which lasted 30-35 minutes. From there went on to my superday. Superday consisted of four 30 minute interviews. Superday interviews were a good mix of behavior and technical questions
