It was a casual interview with an recruiter over the phone. If the recruiter thinks I qualify for the position, then he will pass my information on to the hiring manager. Then it's up to the manager if they want to interview me for the position.

I only got a phone interview, never met with anyone in person or at least through video call. I got rejected for the position only to find that it had been a system error only to be rejected again.
