There were three rounds. First was telephonic where the basic questions were asked and then followed by face to face. There were three rounds.The interview process was not that difficult and was not that long as well.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.
