First a phone screen with a recruiter, than a face to face or panel interview with management, offer and training schedule, background check, no drug test. The first phone screen is fairly easy just reviewing your resume see if you can perform the responsibilities listed in the posting, the panel interview is when they want detailed situation and answer scenarios

It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.
