The interview was extremely boring and the interviewer seemed to be a girl straight out of college who asked all of the standard questions. It was impersonal and awkward, and I felt I had no way to sell myself by answering traditional, structured questions. There was no getting to know me.

The interview process was quite easy. For the CBO role, I had 1 hirevue and 1 interview with a team member. I felt the process was easy and enjoyed meeting people on the team.
