I was initially referred by the campus director at The Iron Yard in Charlotte. I then went through a few phone interviews to determine cultural fit and general skill level. Then I did an in-person interview with the hiring manager where I was asked to present a personal side project, explain my approach to solving a problem, and answer questions about data management. Lastly, there was a follow up technical interview with the hiring manager.
