Online application followed by online screening and scenario testing. If you have successfully passed that process a recruiter reaches out to for a phone Interview. Next step would be an interview at the branch via phone or in person depending on location of applicant.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
