I applied online at Wells Fargo dot com careers and roughly after a couple weeks got a response for a face to face interview with the manager. An interview was scheduled with a calendar update with the location of the building. I went to the face to face interview.

After the introductory questions of the history of me after a certain point the questions were experience based such as when you hit a road block what did you do, what processes did you improve, what did you do when something out of process crossed your path, etc. all of which was on a printed questionnaire.
