First interview was with the recruiter, basic experience related to the role, basic SQL and SAS usage questions. Second Interview was with multiple persons from the department. Questions consisted of behavioral and situational questions. Project: Data set provided, create a presentation with findings and correlations from the data sets that were provided. You had approximately 4 calendar days to email the presentation back to the sender. No questions could be asked regarding the data. The data was very "dirty" and disparate. Third interview was with multiple persons from the department, I was asked to present the project that was assigned to me in addition to some very basic SQL questions. Many questions were around how you handled stress and ambiguity -- which was clear as to why they needed people that had these skills when I accepted the role.
