It was over the phone and much more casual than I thought it would be. I was very confident I had the job after the interview. Overall, it was a good experience.
Phone Interview - typical interview questions, including situational (STAR Method) questions while learning more about the position. Lasted about 15 minutes with easy to average difficulty level. This is the first of two interviews.
