After the resume shortlisting was done, the process involved 3 rounds of interviews, 2 technical and one HR. There was also a group discussion conducted at the start to shortlist the candidates.

Online zoom interview, two employees asking questions about myself, interests and questions about the job. They were pretty open about how poor the work life balance is and how late they stay in office.

Interviewed in the beginning of September, but did extensive networking to get this interview. It was a first round interview and there were many technicals. I would recommend going over the four hundred and also studying industry specific things.
