We discussed compensation expectations. My expectation was market, which feel within range of the job posting. But in multiple instances for different roles, the recruiter said that WF had no intention of paying someone within the range, instead capped at a number well below the top of the range. $100,000 below the top of the range. Seems dishonest. Once, I can ignore. 2x is a coincidence. 3x... that's just who they are. A company in constant regulatory and legal trouble.
