The interview was pretty straight forward the phone interview conducted of my work history and why I’m looking to leave the current company. Then if I’m a fit my resume get forward to the hiring manager who will conduct a in person interview

The hiring manager asked about my work history and what i would do in a situation it was definitely star method questions
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
