The interview process was pretty generic with their questions (name situations where you have been stressed, what would you do in XYZ situation, what are your strengths and weaknesses?) - they usually do their interviews in a group setting which can be more intimidating.
Everyone you meet is extremely supportive and nice!
You do have to complete a drug screen to work here.

It was very easy and quick. Was done in less than a half hour. Interview was held over zoom. Mostly talked about availability and schedules. Not much else was discussed in this interview

They emailed me to schedule an interview. They called back with two days to offer me the position. I took a drug test, did a central registry check, and had my fingerprints scanned. They dressed professionally. My supervisor and hers were both in the room. They asked questions, were lively and welcoming. They did their best to put me at ease. They were honest about the hours I should expect, the consistency of hours, the openness of the work environment, and represented the job duties accurately.
