Absolute disaster. The recruiter was phenomenal, but the hiring manager and team members were terrible. The hiring manager said I had the position but had to do a panel interview with the team. One team member (another consultant) was rude, condescending, and offensive throughout the whole interview. It felt like an attack instead of a professional interview. It was clear that they did not want a person of color on their team.
