Easy and straightforward. Recruiter contacted me within a week of my application and an interview was set up with the Unit Manager. Interview consisted of basic questions, getting to know me and asked about past work experiences.

The interview was fair and I was given a lot of information about the position during the interview. I was encouraged to ask lots of questions and my questions were answered. The recruiter was very informative about the interview process and communicated what to expect. I thought the interview process was fairly smooth.
