Manager told me to come in with my resume and we talked and reviewed my resume. He asked me questions about my work/volunteer experience. And asked for my availability. He scheduled my orientation and training and that was it! simple!

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
