Really really easy. They only asked 1 or 2 questions as they were very desperate for employees. I wouldn't stress about the interview at all. If you go in and ask for an application sheet it's more than likely they'll interview or hire you on the spot.

Straight to the point. Say you work well in teams. Do not speak ill of their burger quality or you will for sure not get a call back. I got the job off of a referral.

They will call you and have and arrange a date for you to meet In the restaurant. The manager will set down with you have you fill out paperwork for the job.
Not too difficult but not too hard either. I think it was mostly a fun thing and we discussed baked potatoes and the new garlic fries, which are truly delicious.
