I was introduced to a manager at the store whose name I now do not recall and who no longer worked at my store by the end, I sat for one interview with some basic questions and I was working the next day and on a 20 hour training schedule the first week.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
