I had connections with the manager, so after she heard I was looking for a job, I immediately received an interview. As a result the interview process was pretty much to the point. I was just asked about availability and if I had any previous experience. I was hired right then and there and ended up starting like 2 days later.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
