They call you up tell you to come in for an interview and they seriously just ask you questions off of a sheet of paper. If it's your first job they change the scenarios to reflect what you've done in school instead of what you did at work.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
