The wendys I applied to was a franchise restaurant meaning it was not corporate owned. I actually found out they were hiring from craigslist.The interview was pretty basic and more than likely you will be hired just for showing up. He asked questions like what would I do if a customer is angry.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
