I saw a sign saying they were hiring. I applied on Wednesday called in on Friday to speak to a hiring manage about my application and asked for a interview. I got a interview the next day. The interview lasted about 10 minutes. I got hired on the spot.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
