I applied online , and received a email one week later asking me to come in during the open interviews they were having . I had two one on one interviews . The first one , he just went over my experience. The second one , she asked me to tell her about myself , and then she asked scenario questions .

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
