I interviewed with another assistant manager. I was recommended by my previous Co-manager. Since I already had 5 years of experience and I had just moved for college the interview was pretty easy. They just asked about my past experiences in the job and asked why I would be a good fit for their team. They asked me how to make certain sandwiches and asked me about Dave Thomas.

Multiple step interview process with both the GM and District management. Asking about experience and availability. The interviews are pretty easy and not very formal. It does help to dress nicely though.
