Werfens recruiting/interview process is frankly bizarre. I reached out to their internal recruiter about a few roles I was interested in and completely qualified for. He called me back immediately and said I was the perfect fit for one in particular and said the other two roles weren’t great before rushing me off the phone. A few days later I interviewed and the hiring manager said I could expect to move to next round after he got back from a work trip. A month came and went with no response back to two emails I sent and I then received 3 auto rejection emails within minutes of each other from the recruiter saying “Bedford” (the town Werfen is in) was moving forward with other candidates for each position. The emails they send out don’t even get the name of the company right. Will be avoiding this company moving forward.
