I applied 6 months ago got an email, went in for an interview, filled out an application. It was very short and to the point. He was quiet most of the time didn't smile much although I smile a ton.

There was something very shady soon as I walked in to the store. They wanted a copy of my social security card and drivers licenses in order to see me. I never once was asked this before an interview on my life. Only when I got a offer I would read release this info.
I had one manager start by asking me formal questions. So I decided to ask about the high turnover rate and the harsh reviews online. It's clear they have bad reviews as I researched this online before my interview. I went in for this interview just to see if this was all true. Sadly enough it is all true. When I asked about the bad reviews they quickly changed the subject and it was clear they were hiding something. They all laughed it off at said not to believe everything I read in online. Really?
I also met with a really young manager probably 19 years old claiming they have a great working atmosphere. Something was off about all this and was getting a too good to be true vibe. I am normally very good judge of people. I got a glimps all these workers cramped in a small back room in tiny cubes all on the phones. It's a hole in the ground. I was also told no workers are not allowed to stand for no reason while on the phones. The had all these rules in place for employees like waiting to use the restroom until you break. It was like treating their workers like pre school kids. This was a red flag.
Finally I met owner. He seemed a bit cocky and arrogant. I could tell he had a quick temper as he probed my resume very carefully asking me about any gaps I had and why. They acted really formal during the interview process with there interview questions. It's just a phone job and they are looking for desperate people working at a lowest wage and longest hours. It's clear they mirco manage. Don't fall for the 1.50 raise or free lunch trap. It's just bait to lure in people and make this postion more lucrative. It's not with it.... Own up to the fact you treat your dogs and run your business like sweat shop. I don't understand why companies like these do not look at Social media to see what what current and past employees are saying. They will not attract any quality candidates with so many bad reviews online. Most people do look online these days. Eventually over time they will have a hard time filling these postions with well qualified workers. Maybe they just want bodies filling seats to answer screaming customers all day. I got the impression this was a revolving door. They will attract desperate workers who will join then immediately only to quit or be fired. All you'll get is bottom of the barrel workers who then effect your bottom line. The high turnover probably doesn't hit them now but eventually people will find out this place is a hole in the ground. I noticed this company advertises the same customer position every couple weeks? They even have a big huge sign outside that says "now hiring manager trainee" This is false. You are looking for " phone monkeys" They try to make the title fancy to lure people in off the street. I've seen bogus positive reviews online probably made by managers to off set all bad ones. All I can say is don't waste your time. Find another place.

The interviewing process for me was fun you start in a group, an you all have the opportunity to learn an work together in order to get the procedures. When I was employed there our instructor was Kaity an she was good at answering all questions as well as showing examples of what the job consist of.

I can not say that there were any difficult or unexpected questions, the more practice that was provided the easier the job became
