3 step interview process. Initially you'll talk to the HR manager and she'll bring you in to talk to the hiring manager after your conversation. After meeting with Kara, she invited me back for the second round interview where I shadowed one of the team and saw all the meetings throughout the day. Met with some clients and went over growth and comp. at lunch. Overall really simple process. I liked seeing what I'd be doing if/when I was offered a position there.

Kara will bring you in ask what your goals are . She won't go into to many details on what the job is. She will invite everyone basically back to a 2nd round interview. At that time you will go to the field with you leader and see what the business is all about

Three Step Interview Process: Phone Interview, Short Video/In-Person Interview, and an all-day shadowing interview.
I was excited to interview, doing both a video and phone interview prior to the all-day shadow, only to find out that this company works on somewhat of a triangle scheme. They rely on Account Executives walking from business to business to sell services. I just did not have the personality for the door-to-door sales.
