This interview was wildly unprofessional. My interviewer was 10 minutes late and showed up without her camera on. She said she was sick and proceeded to take another 3-5 minutes to pull up my resume, which she had clearly not reviewed before. She made one negative comment about my experience and then claimed she was too sick to continue, and that someone would reach out to me. It was a complete waste of time and I will be pursuing employers that actually respect their candidates.
