Extremely unprofessional process. I was contacted by a recruiter for a position at this company who tried desperately to get me to interview with him. I hammered out some very precious time to meet concerning the position. Come to find out he didn't actually work for West Corporation, he was an outsourced recruiter. Upon entering the building for my 1:00 scheduled interview, I was told that I needed to fill out the application online along with filling out a 100+ question evaluation before I could actually get the interview (that I was promised would be at 1:00 pm). Huge waste of my time. Nothing was mentioned to me about this very egregious request during the phone interview. The front desk people were rude to me when I mentioned this to them. One clerk explained that my resume was useless and they go by how I answer the questions before I can move to the next step. I was so insulted by her response I just left. This is not how you treat college graduates or anyone for that matter.

You have to take the can8 or language assessment and when you pass they'll schedule you for an initial inteview on another day, on my case that's the next day at 8am. Then they will let you do an online registration for your basic info. After that the hr told me interview will be at 11am so I waited, my companion was for 11:30. So Filipino time I was interviewed past 12 and during the interview I didn't expect it to be so informal, the hr just asked me like 5 questions and upon discussing the positions she offered me a position they have in another site but I refused but she insisted. I asked about the technical support position but she said its no longer available so she'll just call me if there will be an opening for the position I was applying for. But the guy she inteviewed after me was offered the exact position I was applying for, she even gave him figures already I mean wtf right? So I left. Oh and for my companion who was supposed to be interviewed at 11:30? The hr told him his interviewer left for a meeting so he will be interviewed at 1:30 instead, the heck? There are a lot of hr there who are still doing interviews so it was really terrible experience.
