Starts you out with prerecorded video interview, difficult if your not prepared since it's an unusual type of interview. Next had preliminary interview with HR which went really well, just general questions about myself and why I'd make a good fit. Last interview was with developers/QA leads and you go over your qualifications and everything. It went really well, in fact they hyped me up basically saying I could expect an offer from them soon. After a couple of weeks of not hearing back I finally was informed they won't be moving forward. After that disappointment, I was told they only refused me because they refered me to another department because I was better qualified there. But after months of not hearing back I assumed it was a no go, once I landed another position at a company they were very quick to decline my applications. So it appears they like to string you along fully aware of your time, I'm not sure if that meant they were expecting me to reach out again or what, but it wasn't very fair to me.
