One phone screen, one in person interview. Fairly straightforward. They are honest and concise people. It was an enjoyable process with no hassle. There was a personality test involved as well. Overall, more of a personality fit interview than an aptitude assessment.

Very pleasant experience and enjoyable people. The company clearly treats them well and they definitely enjoy what they do. It is definitely a company I could see myself enjoying working for.

A recruiter from MWV saw my resume on Monster. The first step was a phone interview with the recruiter. Just basic questions about experience and salary requirements. Second interview was a phone interview with hiring supervisor. Again, pretty basic. Third interview was a panel interview with 3 other people. This included hiring supervisor, department manager, and peer. This was a very formal interview. The interviewers had pre-prepared questions to ask. Took about 3 hours to complete. Very standard questions: what's the hardest thing you have done and how did you handle it? What hobbies do you have outside o work? How do you handle working with someone you don't like?
